The Nimbus Access Card is a nationally recognised card that explains your requirements using easy-to-understand symbols. Instead of repeatedly showing evidence or explaining your disability, participating venues can quickly see the support/reasonable adjustments you need. It is accepted by thousands of venues, attractions and ticket providers in the UK.
They’re particularly helpful for:
- People who visit a lot of events/attractions throughout the year (or want to!)
- People who often need a companion ticket or reasonable adjustments.
- People who are tired of explaining their disabilities to strangers to get help.
- People who prefer having one recognised card instead of carrying multiple documents.
- People who need access to a toilet quickly (for medical reasons).
Always check the event/attractions’s website before visiting, as each organisation decides how they use the NIMBUS access card and what support they will provide.
