Our commitment
HelpTrack UK is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, especially those with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of this site and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.
How accessible this website is
While full compliance cannot always be guaranteed, we strive to implement improvements where feasible and regularly review accessibility-related aspects of our website. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to improving the experience over time as technologies, standards, and user needs evolve.
We have taken the following steps to make Help Track UK more accessible:
The site is continually tested across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
We aim to use clear, plain English throughout.
Colour contrast has been checked using RGBlind.com to ensure readability for users with colour vision deficiencies.
Lexend has been chosen as our primary font, which is specifically designed to improve reading for people with dyslexia and reading difficulties.
We use OneTap to provide instant accessibility adjustments, allowing users to customise their experience with a single click:
Adjustable text size and contrast settings
Highlighting of links and text for better visibility
Full keyboard navigation of the toolbar interface
Quick launch via keyboard shortcut: Alt + . (Windows) or ⌘ + . (Mac)
What we’re working on
As of the last update to our Accessibility Statement, we are working on:
Ensuring Text to speech functions work
Adding keyboard functionality (so the desktop website can be used without a mouse)
A “get out” button for those who need to use the website discreetly
Reporting problems
The availability and effectiveness of these features depend on the website’s configuration and ongoing maintenance.
While we strive to ensure accessibility, we cannot guarantee that every part of helptrack.co.uk will be fully accessible at all times. Some content may be provided by third parties or affected by technical constraints beyond our immediate control.
If you find any problems or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us at helptrackuk@gmail.com.
